South African born Rob Fokkens’ works receive two performances in the country in early March.
The German Signum Quartet perform Glimpses of a Half-Forgotten Future twice on their South African tour, on Tuesday 6 March at 7.30pm at the Baxter Concert Hall for the Cape Town Concert Series, and on Friday 9 March at 7pm at the Etienne Rossouw Theatre in Sasolburg.
Liesl Stoltz (flute), Peter Martens (cello) and Jose Dias (piano) perform Tracing Lines for flute and cello and Reaching, Falling for flute, cello and piano on 11 March at 11am in the Fismer Hall, Stellenbosch University, for Woordfees 2018.
