Internationally renowned Canadian Quatuor Bozzini travel to Europe in March 2020 including a two-day visit to the Barber Institute of Fine Arts, Birmingham as part of Cross Currents +. The visit is the culmination of a two year partnership between the University of Birmingham’s Department of Music, Barber Concerts and Quatuor Bozzini, comprising concerts and workshops.
The main performance on Wednesday 18 March at 7.30pm will be a premiere of Michael Zev Gordon’s String Quartet No.3 alongside quartets by Cassandra Miller and Dmitri Shostakovich.
