Nadia Shpachenko Performs Jack Van Zandt’s ‘Sí an Bhrú’

On Saturday 14 March at 8pm, Nadia Shpachenko will perform Jack Van Zandt’s Sí an Bhrú for piano and electronics from her Grammy Award-winning CD The Poetry of Places in the Chapman University New Horizons concert series. In the coming year, Shpachenko will be performing the work many times all over North America.

The CD, released on Reference Records has been garnering excellent reviews with Jack Van Zandt’s Sí an Bhrú described as “a wonderfully atmospheric piece with each element carefully crafted and lucidly performed” by Paul Muller, Sequenza21.

Sí an Bhrú is available to preview and purchase in digital and printed editions from Composers Edition.
