Joe Cutler has been commissioned, with the support of the RVW Trust, to write a new piano trio for leading Polish group, Flow Unit 3. The new piece will be premiered in the Autumn in Warsaw and Radom.

Flow Unit 3 comprise three of Poland’s most innovative performers. The group regularly perform in Poland and internationally, including as festivals such as Warsaw Autumn. The new piece will be around 15 minutes in length and will be part of Joe’s ‘Sikorski’ series of pieces, inspired by the work of the Polish composer Tomasz Sikorski. Previous pieces include Sikorski and Sikorski B written for Noszferatu.

Flow Unit 3 is Anna Kwiatkowska – violin, Mikołaj Pałosz – cello, and Adam Kośmieja – piano.

Sikorski B is proudly available for perusal and purchase through Composers Edition website, and we look forward to publishing Sikorski and Joe’s new work in due course.
