Joe Cutler
The BBC have commissioned Joe Cutler to compose a 20-minute piece for saxophone and orchestra for the BBC Concert Orchestra 2019/20 season. The soloist will be Trish Clowes who Cutler previously collaborated with on the piece Karembeu’s Guide to the Complete Defensive Midfielder, which was written for her group, Emulsion Sinfonietta and received the 2016 British Composer Award in the jazz category.
