Francis Pott receives the Medal of the Royal College of Organists

Francis Pott has been announced as recipient of the Medal of the Royal College of Organists, its highest award, in recognition of ‘distinguished achievement as an organ and choral composer’.

The award was made public in the January 2021 following a letter to Francis Pott from RCO President Gerard Brooks. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic crisis, the RCO’s Conferment of Diplomas ceremony has been postponed by a year and is due to take place in March 2022.

We at Composers Editions are delighted with this great and thoroughly deserved achievement. Huge congratulations, Francis!
