
Cellist Christina Meissner continues her series of performances of John Palmer’s Lux Ardens in Germany:
Tuesday 28 June 8pm at Kirche, Altenkirchen/Rügen.
Thursday 30 June 8pm at St. Petri Kirche, Wolgast.
Lux Ardens has been composed for cellist Christina Meissner and is the opening piece of a cycle of new works for cello dealing with the notion of light and inspired by the visions of medieval mystic Hildegard of Bingen.
