Aleksandra Vrebalov will be returning for the third time to Mardin, Turkey on the Syrian border to make music with and for the refugee children from Iraq and Syria as part of Muzikhane/Flying Carpet Festival Festival.
On Friday 30 August the live documentary A Thousand Thoughts by filmmaker Sam Green about Kronos Quartet will be screened with live performance of the Kronos Quartet itself playing Aleksandra Vrebalov Chapel, Rainbows from The Sea Ranch Songs. This event is presented by Banff International String Quartet Competition 2019 at Banff Center for Arts and Creativity, Canada.
Also, The Four Caryatids film by Igor Antic with music by Aleksandra Vrebalov is on an ongoing film screening at the Sava Choumanovitch Exhibit at The Cultural Center of Republic of Serbia in Paris, France from 17 May to 29 August.
